A defined assignment
When the solar EPC needs a defined electrical work package
QuangAnhcons assesses the AC electrical balance-of-plant scope against your SLD, BOQ and factory connection requirements. Rooftop solar is one application of this package; module installation, DC works and a full solar EPC contract are not assumed from an AC enquiry.
01
A rooftop solar EPC package
Allocate the AC cables, distribution equipment, earthing and connection points between the solar and factory teams.
02
An MV/LV or substation interface
Clarify the agreed section of the incoming/outgoing system and the related inspection and connection documents.
03
A factory that continues operating
Align work access and proposed outages with the site operator before mobilisation.
Outputs to agree
AC installation outputs that match the SLD and BOQ
Supply responsibilities and specialist activities are itemised before the scope is accepted.
01
AC cable works
Containment, cable installation and terminations from the agreed starting point.
02
Distribution interfaces
Boards and electrical connection work explicitly included in the contract.
03
Earthing and bonding
Agreed installation items according to the approved electrical design.
04
MV/LV connection scope
Substation and grid/factory interface items where separately identified in the BOQ.
05
Inspection coordination
Work records and coordination with the appointed testing and protection specialists.
06
Electrical handover
As-built information, material/equipment documents and open-item records for the executed scope.
Agree the boundaries
What the assignment covers
Within the agreed package
Defined AC electrical works against approved drawings and quantities.
Cable, distribution and earthing items included in the contract.
Specified MV/LV, transformer and factory connection interfaces.
Coordination of specialist inspections and handover records within scope.
Outside this package
Full solar EPC responsibility, project development or financing.
PV module mounting, roof structure and DC installation unless separately approved.
BESS infrastructure, energy-yield guarantees or financial return promises.
Unverified design approval, protection settings approval or utility switching authority.
Electrical protection, metering, operating arrangements and connection approvals remain with the responsible project parties. Their requirements must be resolved in the design and work package; QuangAnhcons does not promise grid acceptance or an energisation date.

Working with your team
Responsibilities stay visible
QuangAnhcons
Undertakes the defined AC installation and contracted MV/LV interface works.
Owner / EPC team
The developer/EPC confirms the system design and package boundaries; the owner/operator approves site access and operational arrangements.
Design consultants
Resolve design questions and retain responsibility for their design decisions and approvals.
Specialists / site operator
Design, protection, testing and utility parties retain technical approval and operational responsibilities within their appointments.

Related delivery experience
The substation interface is part of the electrical discussion
QuangAnhcons' project media includes transformer delivery and substation work associated with a solar connection project. This supports a discussion of equipment access and electrical interfaces; it is not a claim that QuangAnhcons delivered the entire PV plant.
Raise assumptions early so the proposal reflects your actual package.
Does electrical BoP include the PV panels and DC installation?
Not on this page. The starting scope is AC electrical works. DC, modules, roof works and additional responsibilities require a separate approved scope.
Where does your package start and end?
At terminals and interfaces agreed on the SLD and responsibility matrix. The proposal lists cable sections, boards, earthing and any substation items included.
Can the solar EPC supply all major equipment?
Yes, subject to agreed technical information, delivery, storage, installation and warranty interfaces.
Can you guarantee generation or project payback?
No generation or financial return guarantee forms part of this construction package. Performance obligations must be allocated through the project design and relevant equipment/contracts.
What if the factory requires a shutdown for connection?
The operator must authorise the operating plan and timing. The work package needs an agreed method, isolation boundary and responsible switching parties before execution.
Project enquiry
Send the AC scope and factory connection point.
Include the SLD, BOQ and target programme so the package boundaries can be reviewed.

01 Quick estimate
Request a project quotation
Send your project details, BOQ or drawings to request a formal quotation. Fields marked * are required.
Quotation scope
Applies to one EVN-supplied substation with oil-immersed transformers at 22/0.4 kV (single-phase: 12.7/0.23 kV), with MV metering VTs/CTs supplied by EVN. The estimate includes the selected equipment, installation, earthing, transformer-to-main-breaker connections, design and connection documentation, and coordination of testing and utility acceptance.
Kiosk, integrated steel-pole and indoor substations include MV switchgear and the entered underground cable route. Other outdoor arrangements use the relevant protection configuration. The final diagram must meet the project connection requirements.
Excludes VAT, cables from the substation switchboard to the MSB/loads, live-line work, harmonic reactors, weak-ground treatment or special piling, land and special fire-protection provisions. Underground routes assume normal construction conditions and exclude road drilling and special reinstatement.
Prices are indicative investment budgets. A formal quotation follows site assessment and agreement on the configuration. Electrical selections are preliminary and require design verification before installation.
Capacity range and application conditions
The catalogue defines the enquiry range of this tool, not universal TCVN capacity limits. Single pole-mounted transformers: 15–100 kVA; three-unit banks: 3×15–3×100 kVA. Platform substations: 100–630 kVA. Steel-pole substations: 100–630 kVA; 750/800 kVA require design verification and local approval. Ground-mounted, kiosk and indoor configurations: 50–10,000 kVA. Not every configuration has a package price or the same structural design.
Reference: EVN Decision 1299/QD-EVN dated 3 November 2017, Volume 1, sections 3.3–3.4. Check the current requirements of the responsible utility before implementation. Kiosks must meet manufacturer ratings and testing requirements (IEC 62271-202); indoor and ground-mounted arrangements must meet project layout, ventilation, structural and fire-protection requirements. For multiple transformers, specify the quantity and capacity of each unit.
