The Underlayer and Concrete Work

– Nylon and Concrete Underlayer (300m², 28m³): A nylon layer topped with a specifically mixed concrete underlay provides a moisture barrier and additional stability.
– Concrete Foundation (55m³): Engineered to support the significant load of a dual 60kW charging station.
– Rebar Reinforcement: Tailored reinforcement using bars below and above 10mm diameter ensures structural integrity against the dynamic loads of daily use.
– Anchor Bolts (140 pieces total): Specially graded for their galvanization and strength, they secure the charging stations to their concrete base.
