QuangAnhcons / Defined-scope electrical works
Industrial MV/LV Electrical Construction in Vietnam
Turn an approved electrical design and BOQ into a clearly bounded installation package for your factory or industrial project.
Cable routes, distribution equipment and interfaces agreed before mobilisation.
to connection
A defined assignment
An installation package that fits your project boundaries
QuangAnhcons assesses MV/LV electrical construction enquiries from owners and EPC teams against the approved design, quantities, site conditions and available resources. The proposal identifies the installation work, supply responsibilities and interfaces to other contractors.
A new industrial facility
Define cable containment, distribution boards, feeders and earthing within the electrical package.
An operating factory
Agree access, isolation and shutdown interfaces before planning changes to the existing system.
An EPC subcontract package
Separate client-supplied equipment, contractor-supplied materials, installation and specialist testing responsibilities.
Outputs to agree
Installed work with an agreed record of completion
Deliverables are tied to the contracted BOQ and inspection requirements, rather than a general promise to cover every building service.
Installation scope
Cable containment, pulling and termination within the approved routes and schedule.
Distribution equipment
Placement and connection of agreed MV/LV equipment and boards.
Earthing works
Installation of the earthing and bonding items in the approved design.
Material records
Approved submittals and receipt records for the contracted materials and equipment.
Inspection records
Work inspections and coordination of specialist tests with traceable results.
Handover files
As-built information for the executed scope, open-item list and agreed operating documents.
Agree the boundaries
What the assignment covers
Within the agreed package
- Cables, containment, distribution boards and earthing identified in the BOQ.
- Installation planning and work records within the agreed package.
- Interfaces to the defined supply point and load connection boundary.
- Coordination of inspection and specialist attendance as contracted.
Outside this package
- Unspecified building services, full MEP or factory process installation.
- Design certification or independent client supervision.
- Accredited testing performed under QuangAnhcons' name without a separately verified scope.
- Unapproved shutdowns, utility switching or open-ended remedial work.
The proposal confirms labour and equipment supply responsibilities, access, work permits, isolation arrangements and resources. Any change to routes, quantities or interfaces requires an agreed change before execution.
From inputs to handover
A clear route through the work
- Send the design and BOQInclude SLDs, layouts, cable schedules and technical specifications.
- Review site interfacesConfirm route access, existing services, supply/load boundaries and shutdown constraints.
- Agree the proposalConfirm quantities, exclusions, resources, inspection points and programme.
- Install and recordCarry out the contracted works and maintain material and inspection records.
- Inspect and hand overClose agreed punch items and provide the scope-specific handover files.

Related delivery experience
Cable routes are interfaces, not just quantities
Cable support and routing must be considered alongside other services, access and the equipment connection points. The image from QuangAnhcons' website media illustrates that context; the proposal specifies the actual routes, quantities and termination boundaries for your project.
Before you enquire
Questions from project teams
Raise assumptions early so the proposal reflects your actual package.
Can you price from a preliminary BOQ?
We can review it for scope and information gaps. A firm construction proposal requires an agreed design basis, quantities, specifications and site conditions.
Can the EPC supply the equipment?
Yes, if supply, unloading, storage, warranty interfaces and delivery dates are clearly allocated in the contract.
Can work take place while the factory operates?
The method and schedule depend on access, isolation and the operator's requirements. Energised work or a shutdown is never assumed from a general construction enquiry.
Are testing and commissioning included?
The proposal lists the inspections and tests to be coordinated, the responsible specialist and the required records. Accredited testing and switching remain with appropriately appointed parties.
Does this include substation works?
Substation and incoming supply works can be assessed as a defined related package. Their utility interfaces and acceptance conditions are documented separately.
