The contractor is responsible for constructing the project according to current electrical equipment standards, coordinating with the relevant electrical units to complete the electricity supply procedures until the project is energized, which includes: design documents, agreement on connecting to the power grid, coordinating supervision with the power utility, organizing acceptance checks, and other related tasks.
The construction process is thorough, starting from the sanction of documentation to the full assembly of the transformer station, in line with stringent electrical equipment standards. Collaboration with relevant electrical units is key to seamless electricity supply procedures. Typically, the preparatory phase spans 45 days, with the construction period lasting an additional 15 days, culminating in a total of 60 days to project completion.
3.Payment Structure
Payments for the transformer station construction project are structured into three stages:
The first payment is made immediately after the contract is signed, following which the contractor proceeds to transport materials and equipment to the site for installation.
The second payment occurs once the investor has been notified of the transformer’s delivery to the site; after this payment, the contractor will deliver the transformer to the site and complete the installation in preparation for commissioning and energization of the transformer station.
The final payment is made after the energization and testing have been completed by both the investor and the contractor.
